The challenge
BBS Advocaten manually monitored court RSS feeds to find relevant rulings based on specific categories and keywords. For each ruling, an employee had to manually write a blog post with a title, header section and summary, plus a social media post. Additionally, they wanted to upload PDF documents and run them through the same content pipeline. This consistently took more than 5 hours per week.
The analysis
The legal content market demands speed and relevance. Law firms that publish first about new rulings position themselves as authorities.
We analyzed the entire content process: from RSS monitoring and filtering, to the writing process, brand style requirements, and publication channels (blog + social media).
The bottleneck was not in finding rulings, but in the manual translation to publishable content. Each ruling took 30-45 minutes of writing work.
Additionally, BBS lacked a way to run PDF documents (such as their own analyses) through the same pipeline, causing duplicate work.
Our solution
- Automatic reading of court RSS feeds based on pre-configured categories and keywords
- AI-powered conversion into publishable blog posts with title, header and summary
- Automatic generation of matching social media posts
- PDF upload functionality with the same automated content pipeline
- Full styling according to BBS Advocaten brand guidelines
The Blueprint
