2. What data we process

We only process data that is necessary for the execution of our services:

We process your data exclusively for:

• Executing the agreed-upon project
• Communication about the project
• Invoicing and administration
• Improving our services

4. Data retention

We retain your data for a maximum of 90 days after project completion, unless a longer retention period is legally required (e.g., for tax obligations).

The client can request deletion of project files and source code from our systems after handover. We only recommend this if the client manages the source code independently and does not require any future maintenance, updates, or support from Managium.

5. Data ownership

Your data is and always remains yours. Managium claims no ownership over the data you share with us in the context of a project.

Upon termination of the collaboration, you can request transfer or deletion of your data at any time.

6. AI training

Managium does not use your business data, client data, or project data to train AI models. Your data is used exclusively for the execution of your specific project.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the project (e.g., integration with systems designated by you) or when we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

For managed hosting, all data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union (EU). Our entire hosting infrastructure runs on European servers, ensuring your data remains within the EU. For self-hosted solutions, the client is responsible for the choice of server location and compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
