Managium was founded by Remo and Joren, two entrepreneurs with a shared passion for technology, process automation and AI. Together we have built and scaled companies with 40+ employees, from custom SaaS platforms and recruitment software to AI-powered tooling and full process automations.
We were done with it: developer budgets costing tens of thousands of euros, endless timelines, and then you often don't even own the code or intellectual property. We thought that was complete nonsense, whether it was a simple automation or a full custom platform. We knew it could be done differently, faster, more transparently and fairer.
When more and more companies responded enthusiastically to the solutions we built, from AI automations to custom web applications, dashboards and customer portals, we knew there was a business in it. That is how Managium was born: from practice, not from theory.
We now apply that experience for SMB entrepreneurs. We know how processes get stuck, where the time-wasters are, and when it is smarter to automate or when you actually need a piece of custom software.
