Context
A growing physiotherapy chain with 14 locations in North Holland. The owner wanted insight into performance per location, but data was scattered across the appointment system, the accounting software and separate Excel files per location.
Challenge
Every month, the office manager spent two full days compiling the management report. Numbers were manually copied from three systems into Excel. By the time the report was ready, the data was already two weeks old. Comparing locations was unreliable due to inconsistent data entry.
Our approach
We built a central dashboard in Google Looker Studio, connected to their appointment system and Exact Online accounting via automated data pipelines. Per-location KPIs are visible: occupancy rate, revenue, no-show percentage and patient satisfaction. Automatic alerts trigger when metrics deviate from target values.
