BBS Advocaten - Legal document processing
Context
BBS Advocaten is a law firm that processes dozens of legal documents daily: contracts, court filings, correspondence and invoices. Three legal assistants were working full-time on document administration.
Challenge
Contracts had to be manually reviewed for clauses, deadlines and risk provisions. Incoming court filings were received by email and manually linked to the correct case file. Third-party invoices had to be checked and booked one by one. On average, 4 hours per day were spent on purely administrative document work.

Contracts are analyzed for risk clauses and important deadlines. Invoices are automatically routed to accounting with the correct cost center and reference.
