Managium was founded by Remo and Joren, two entrepreneurs with a shared passion for process automation and AI. Together, we have built and scaled companies with 40+ employees, from AI-powered platforms to recruitment automation and SaaS solutions.
We were done with it: developer budgets costing tens of thousands of euros, endless timelines, and then you often don't even own the code or intellectual property. We thought that was complete nonsense. We knew it could be done differently, faster and fairer.
When more and more companies responded enthusiastically to the AI solutions and automations we built, we knew there was a business in it. That is how Managium was born: from practice, not from theory.
We now apply that experience for SMB entrepreneurs. We know how processes get stuck, where the time-wasters are, and how AI and automation eliminate them. Fixed price, full code handover, and a partner who understands how a business works.
